Please understand that cancellation fees do apply. Once you have completed this form, we will process your withdrawal and refund within 3 days. The refund will be automatically placed back onto the credit card that you paid with. If your credit card has been cancelled since you entered, please do not proceed with this form, however email firstname.lastname@example.org and include your full name, address, date of birth and full credit card details (including type - visa or mastercard, card number and expiry).
REFUND - NO refund can be granted from 11.59pm on Wednesday 19 September.
Please understand that NO refund can be processed after this time whether for medical reasons, moving away, other commitments etc. By accepting the terms and conditions as part of the entry form you are accepting that you are aware of the cut off time of the refund policy.
Race packs will be sent out from September to those who have registered before Sunday 29 July. If you withdraw from an event after you have received your race pack please write 'Return to Sender' on the front of the pack, and send back to us as soon as possible.
