The Triathlon Training Days are the perfect way to prepare for your upcoming triathlon. Whether it’s your first race or you’re a seasoned campaigner looking to beat last year’s time, our elite coaches will be able to help you. The day itself will not be physically demanding; instead it is geared around preparing your for your upcoming training programme and at giving you the knowledge of how to train correctly. Please note that last year’s training days sold out, so book early to make sure you don’t miss out!

Saturday 3rd and Sunday 4th May 2014. The Training Day is an all day event, but you only need to come to one of these days – not both! Registration opens at 8:30am and your training experience will finish shortly after 5pm.

How to get there:
There is free car parking available at the venue, although cycling often proves a more popular way of getting down. The nearest overground station is Teddington, which is about a 20 minute walk away.
**You now also have the option to take part in a mini aquathlon at the end of the day. The course will be a 300m swim followed by a 3km run under race conditions - it's the perfect chance to experience what a competitive event feels like! To take part in the aquathlon will cost an additional £5 which will be payable on the day - you don't need to tell us you would like to take part until you turn up**
